Services
The approaches I use most are acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness practices. I am trained in other modalities and would be happy to work with you on your individual needs.
Sessions last 50-minutes and cost $150 for individual, couple, and family therapy. I currently only accept adult clients. Sessions are offered virtually throughout California on Thursday-Saturday 9am-7pm PST. On Saturdays in-person sessions are available in San Diego, California.
